La política de Ventas de Byrne Electrical Specialists México (en adelante Byrne), define los términos y condiciones relevantes de las transacciones comerciales con clientes.
OBJETIVO
El propósito de esta política es asegurar que el proceso de ventas se lleve a cabo de manera eficiente y ordenada.

Todos los clientes y distribuidores de Byrne, que realizan compras de productos y/o servicios.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
1. No se aceptan cancelaciones de órdenes de compra posterior a su recepción.
2. No se aceptan modificaciones en las órdenes de compra posterior a su recepción.
3. El cambio de material se aplica sin cargo por las siguientes razones imputables a Byrne: a. Defecto de calidad
b. Error en de surtimiento.
4. El cambio de material se aplica con cargo al cliente del 15% del valor del producto a cambiar por las siguientes razones imputables al cliente: a. Error en la orden de compra (siempre que el producto no sea especial).
5. No hacen cambios de material especial (a menos que sea defecto de calidad).
6. El plazo para solicitar cambios es dentro de los 30 días naturales posteriores a fecha factura.
PROCESO PARA CAMBIOS
1. El cliente debe notificar vía e-mail el folio de Orden de Compra y Folio de factura que hacen referencia al material en cuestión, indicando también el nuevo requerimiento.
2. El cliente debe enviar el material de regreso a las instalaciones de Byrne en el empaque original, con todos los aditamentos.
3. Una vez recibido el material en almacén este procede a la revisión e indica a ventas, en un plazo de 24 hrs, si el material se encuentra en condiciones para proceder al cambio. a) Perfecto estado físico (rotos, rallados, etc).
b) Aditamentos completos (tornillos, kit de adaptadores, brackets de sujeción).
c) Empaque original.
4. Byrne notificará al cliente si procede el cambio o no.
En caso de proceder, se indicará al cliente el desglose de los movimientos que se generen (nota de crédito, monto del cargo, saldo y diferencia a cubrir en su caso).
El cliente debe proporcionar dirección completa y teléfono de la persona a quien va dirigido el envío.
5. En caso de existir diferencia por cubrir en cuanto al material, el cliente debe realizar el pago previo al envío.
6. Si la razón es imputable al cliente el costo del envío debe ser cubierto por el mismo previo a que se lleve a cabo. En caso de ser imputable a Byrne, sería este último quien lo cubriría.
7. Se confirmará fecha de entrega una vez recibido el pago tanto de diferencias en costo de material, como de envío.
CONDICIONES DE ENVIO
1. Para envíos foráneos normalmente se maneja por “paquetexpress” por cobrar a domicilio o con servicio a ocurre.
2. En envíos locales se maneja por SEG MAIL (servicio pagado por el cliente antes de realizar el envío).
3. Si el cliente solicita el envío con su cuenta de UPS, FEDEX, ESTAFETA ó DHL, este debe solicitar la recolección y enviarnos la guía para colocarla en el paquete (Byrne proporciona peso y medidas del paquete a enviar).
